- Clients must be physically located in Texas, Colorado, or Missouri at the time of their session, because clinicians can practice only where they are licensed.

- How is therapy different from coaching here?
- Therapy is clinical care provided by a licensed clinician and can address diagnosable conditions. Coaching is goal-focused skill building and is not psychotherapy or billed to insurance.
- Do you accept insurance?

- How much do sessions cost?

- Is therapy at Evolution confidential?
- Yes. Sessions are confidential, with narrow legal exceptions such as risk of serious harm or suspected abuse, which your clinician reviews at intake.
- Is virtual therapy as effective as in-person therapy?
- Research consistently finds virtual therapy comparable to in-person care for common concerns such as anxiety, depression, and stress, with the added benefit of access and consistency.
- Do you provide crisis or emergency services?
- No. We are not a crisis service. In an emergency call 911 or 988, the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
- How long will I be in therapy?
- There is no set length. Some clients work for a few months on a focused goal, others longer. Progress is reviewed regularly rather than assumed.
- How do I become a client?
